Dear Elsabe, Sonette, Yolande, Esther, Linda, Patricia, Marishka, Martie, Mavis, Ellinah, Christa, Sannie, Rose, Maria, Janine, Poppy, Virginia, Jackson, Rose, Joyce and Sarah. As a first time Mum it is never easy picking a school for your first child, you want it to be the best place for them to grow, one where they can thrive, play free, make friends, be well taken care of and just loved.. and Bambini is just that.

I have never once ever felt worried, nervous or scared, instead I have been supported, reassured, taught, laughed and cried with many of you at this school. I have kept saying to Maddy over the last few months to do everything, be there as often as she can, to take it all in, but I actually think it’s more been about me, I wanted to take it all in, savour every last memory at this incredible school. It’s been the place where both my girls have had so many firsts, first crawl, first steps, first teeth, first music lessons, first ballet classes, first friends, first interactions, first concerts and each and every one of them, we will treasure forever.

I will miss not walking in through that white gate, excited to see what beautiful, thoughtful decorations, the teachers, Elsabe, Sonette and the assists have put together for a theme or an event, walking through the office and being greeted with warm smiles, asking how your day was, walking out onto the terrace and hearing the kids laughing, zooming around on their bikes, playing in the Pop house, hearing stories or having their hair tied up in the most exquisite hairdos. I will miss the warm hellos, asking how your day was and hearing all the mischief the little ones had been up to or things they told you that day. Feeling like you are there when we are at work or missing out on so much of these little lives and these special moments.

To each of and every incredible lady in this school that makes Bambini this special and magical place thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making that choice almost 6 years ago so easy, for 6 years of beautiful memories, photos, pictures and love. No words could ever do it justice how grateful Dom, Harper, Maddy and I are. To Elsabe, Sonette, Yolande, Esther, Linda, Patricia, Marishka, Martie, Mavis, Ellinah, Christa, Sannie, Rose, Maria, Janine, Poppy and Virginia, thank you for guiding our children, for wrapping them in love, warmth, your dedication, your time and everything you have done to shape our children into the extraordinary, empathetic, curious, kind, well-mannered, fierce, smart children that they are. They are a lot of who they are because of the strong, beautiful women that you are. To Jackson for keeping the grounds immaculate, for the warm smile and wave at the gate, to Joyce, Rose and Sarah for the amazing food, the clean and beautiful place that Bambini is.

To Elsabe for creating such a special school, where our kids have the best of the best, your advice and your love and guidance, thank you. As I said we will miss you terribly, I will shed lots of tears but one this is for sure we will always come visit and we will always look back on the memories with so much love and fondness.
